It's not the $1.50 but it's the principle of bleeding the customer dry. That is total robbery!!!!! Imagine how many guest checks are processed for each restaurant with a $1.50 charge per check & that adds up. When I asked about this charge I was told that this is a new Bally's policy for all restaurants. Just minutes from downtown Providence, Twin River Casino, area golf courses, and conveniently located amongst popular restaurants and local businesses.
When we received our bill there was a new charge - a 'service' charge of $1.50.
The waitstaff is always very friendly & the food is usually very good but I have to say that I will probably no longer 'dine in' at any restaurant at this casino. Yes, the transition to Bally's has been terrible! The cash machines, the smoke and the lack of cocktail servers, not to mention the decrease in the payouts to the patrons has made what should be a nice time a horrible experience! On our recent trip on Saturday, we went for supper at Wicked Good. As you can see, the live entertainment is just the beginning of the good time that you should have. The Twin River Events Center is located within the Twin River Casino.
